Natural Diets
Not all commerical dog foods are created equal. The links below are provided as a resource on feeding your dog the best diet.
Deciding on the right diet for your dog is a very personal choice.
Raw Diet (BARF):
The raw diet is embraced by many as a better way to feed dogs, but there are others, including many vets, who have a differing point of view. We offer the information below as resources only. We feel that deciding what to feed your pet is a very personal decision.

Diet
There is a Yahoo mail group called raw4bullies where those who are interested in feeding their
bull terrier a raw diet may find support and assistance from others.
You can join the list at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/raw4bullies/.
Notes, Warnings, etc.:
- NEVER give cooked bones. These can splinter and cause serious problems.
- Onions, leeks and chocolate can be toxic to dogs. Large amounts of grapes and/or raisin may cause kidney damage in dogs.
- It is said that Apple Cider Vinegar in
a dog's water may help reduce the effects of browning or pinking of the fur
caused when a dog licks their paws / fur, by changing the chemical makeup of
the saliva.
